the library: divination

According to Merriam-Webster, Divination is "the art or practice that seeks to foresee or foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge usually by the interpretation of omens or by the aid of supernatural powers."

Not all Pagans use divination, but some do. It can be helpful to gain insight into their own lives and/or the lives of others. It can help determine the possible outcomes to situations, be used to interpret signs, and/or to gain a higher understanding of issues or life in general. Some use divination to communicate with Spirits or the Divine.
